Conscious Connected Breathing

Guided conscious connected breathing session to connect with your body and mind. Doing breathwork one-on-one is a very powerful experience. It might be beneficial for you to come more than once. At all times I will tell you to listen to your body.

Individual / 90 minutes – €115

Couple Session

Through conscious breathing, you and your partner are invited to connect with yourselves and each other. These sessions offer a chance to release tension and create space for deeper intimacy, trust, and understanding. Whether you’re navigating parenthood, life transitions, or simply seeking more presence together—this is a moment to connect.

120 minutes – €200 per couple

Group Session

Guided 120 minute circular breathing session during your event, or a session with friends, family or loved ones. A minimum of 5 persons.

90 minutes – €75 per person

Calm Together

This 5-week journey offers gentle guidance to help you regulate your own nervous system so you can show up with presence—both as a parent and as a partner. Through simple breath-based practices, you’ll learn to support your own balance and soothe your baby through co-regulation.
