Circular Breathing

Guided circular breathing session to connect with your body and mind. It might be beneficial for you to come more than once. At all times I will tell you to listen to your body.

For mothers who have recently given birth, a gently adapted session will help your body find calm and release the stress from childbirth. It also supports hormonal shifts and the psychological transitions involved in becoming a mother.

Individual / 90 minutes – €115 ex. vat

Couple Session

Through conscious breathing exercises, you and your partner are invited to connect with yourselves and each other. These sessions offer a chance to release tension and create space for deeper intimacy, trust, and understanding. Whether you’re navigating parenthood, life transitions, or simply seeking more presence together—this is a moment to connect.

Couple / 120 minutes – €199 ex. vat

Group Session

Guided circular breathing session during your event, or a session with friends, or family. A minimum of 5 persons.

Group / 90 minutes – €50 per person ex vat.

Prenatal Breathwork

A gentle space to fully relax, breathe, and connect with your growing baby. Through soft breathing and calming visualizations, you’ll ease tension and invite peace into your body and mind. A beautiful moment of bonding, presence, and find ease during your pregnancy.

90 minutes – €115 ex vat.

Calm Together: Parent & Baby Session

This is a gentle 1-on-1 session where you learn how to calm your own nervous system through simple breathing and presence, so you can co-regulate your baby. While holding your baby, we practice practical breath techniques you can use during feeding, crying, sleep, and moments of overstimulation. No intense breathwork — just safe, accessible practices that support calm, connection, and trust for both you and your baby.

60 minutes – €75 ex vat.

Calm Together Method™

The Calm Together Method™ is a four-week, guided journey for parents of babies and toddlers (0–3) who want to meet early parenting with more steadiness, connection, and trust in themselves. This is not a course to complete, but a space to practice.

Through a combination of parental brain education, nervous system awareness, and simple, accessible breath practices, parents are supported in understanding their stress responses, regulating in real time, and strengthening co-regulation with their child.

The work unfolds slowly and relationally, honoring the intensity and vulnerability of the early years.
