Embodied Matrescence
Matrescence is the profound and often unseen transformation that occurs as you become a mother—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This offering is a space to honor and understand that transition in its full depth.
Through this course, I support you in exploring the (neurobiological) changes happening within your body and mind, offering insight into the natural rhythms of matrescence—whether you’re already a mother or still in pregnancy. Together, we build awareness around how your nervous system responds and how you can support it, so you feel more resourced, steady, and empowered.
This work also invites you to look deeper: to question and gently release the societal pressures placed on mothers, to recognize inherited patterns, and to consciously choose what you want to carry forward. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with your intuition, reclaim your pace, and root into your own version of motherhood—one that’s embodied, authentic, and free.
